a 1000lph is overkill , the idea is to keep the roots wet and aerated, which this unit will more than do. You only want bigger units so you can T them off to different systems
500 litre an hour pump is more than big enough for that size of bucket.
Also, you could look into ultrasonic foggers. Pretty much as fine of a mist as possible.
why not just remove one? hand spray bottles are cheap!
see if you can come with a way of making a cloner for germinating seeds without medium of any kind. SOme sort of mesh disk
YOu might be interested to know that i have my seedlings grew larger faster using jiffy cubes than the coco pots. my totmato plants in the cocopots stayed much smalled than the ones in the jiffy cubes. ALso using jiffy cubes means you dont need to run the pum as often when rooting cuttings where as the cocopots don’t hold alot of moisture. However i was using the cocpot liners inside a plastic net pot and not the actual coco pots
JUst type in 360 degree micro sprayers on the internet and you will find them. One problem witht the micro sprinklers is they spin and any small roots will prevent them from spinning. YOu are better of using micro sprayers or either mounting the sprinklwe where it will not come into contact with any roots.
i would use the 1000lph pump. the 500 is to weak
i want somebody to manafacture mini spray heads that produce spray as fine as a hand trigger sprayer.

try building a aeroponic bucket with a seperate nutirent tank so the roots do not dangle into the solution. When you link multiple buckets via irrigation fittings does the water distribute evenly. have you found tried germinating seeds in aero systems without the use of rockwool. In the usa they do those seeds mesh disks with different grades of mesh for different sized seeds. YOu can use nets for germinating seeds. i have been using jiffy cubes up untill now as rockwool isnt good for enviroment
